SafetyPay teams with CardinalCommerce for e-commerce business expansion

SafetyPay specifically targets three untapped eCommerce markets: shoppers who are afraid to purchase online due to identity theft or fraud, International shoppers who cannot purchase because their credit cards are not accepted, and global online banking customers without a credit card but the financial means to shop online.
